Adam developed Help U after years of experience in both collegiate and professional sports. Adam grew up in the beautiful ski town of Angel Fire, New Mexico, where he was a State Track Champion and valuable member of the varsity boys basketball and track teams at Cimmaron High School. Adam recieved a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training Education from New Mexico State University, and a Masters of Arts in Human Performance from San Jose State University.
Adam served as an Athletic Trainer at Las Cruces High School, New Mexico State University, the University of New Hampshire, and Stanford University. These experiences introduced Adam to world-class, elite athletes and Olympians. Adam also traveled the world as he worked with professional athletes as part of the U.S. Ski Team staff.
By working with world-class athletes, Adam learned the principles and tools that are most important to achieving athletic success at the highest level. Adam implements these fundamental practices in the Help U program.
Help U is founded on the principles of compassion, understanding, sincerity and achievement. Our overall goal is to assist high school student athletes with college recruitment, application and selection processes, while maximizing their potential for future endeavors. |
